Community Support

Ray of Hope's Community Support Services welcomes men and women with a warm meal, an inviting embrace and an encouraging word.

In providing for the practical, personal and spiritual needs of those struggling to overcome poverty and homelessness, Ray of Hope is able to care for the whole of a person and assist them in transforming their life to one of purpose and dignity.

Ray of Hope seeks to instill compassion and understanding in the hearts of individuals and organizations within Waterloo Region.  We encourage them to reach out to those struggling through poverty and homelessness in the community where we live.

Our volunteers model the life of Jesus by offering encouragement, fellowship and practical resources that help men and women develop essential life skills, overcome addictions and rebuild their lives.
