Youth Employment

Employment is a gateway to confidence, independence, and a sense of self-worth. Challenges in finding a job can derail young lives before they even get started. Through employment education and on-the-job training, Ray of Hope helps young people enter the workforce with the skills they need to succeed.

“Discovering your true skills and abilities and knowing where you shine is the greatest feeling— especially when you doubt yourself.

The Youth Employment Program teaches practical skills and positive work habits to young people who have had difficulty finding or maintaining full-time employment.

The 6-month program has three parts:

Participants stay connected with the program for one year after graduating so they can continue to receive support and maintain the relationships they’ve built.
